IT Prod Outsourcing started as a side project between two engineers who kept getting the same call from friends running small businesses: "Our internet is down, our email won't send, our printer hates us — can you help?"

What began as informal favours turned into a proper service in early 2025. After a year of growing the team and refining how we work, we rebranded as IT Prod Outsourcing in 2026 — same people, same philosophy, sharper focus. Today we're a focused team helping small and medium companies who don't need (or want) a full in-house IT department, but still need their tech to be reliable, secure, and properly looked after.
